Dud trades: Microfibre facecloth July 27, 2008
I bought this “hydrating cleansing cloth” from the Kirk’s sale for like $3. Total rip-off. Though I kinda knew it would be.
It doesn’t feel as exfoliating as the usual toweling facecloth, and the only thing hydrating about it is the water you moisten it with - which counts… i guess…

I had a feel of this in Kirk’s today - ugh! Also in the series are those hair-drying towels that claim to be so absorbent that they’ll almost totally try your hair, etc. I tried one of those once and was disappointed to find blobs of water dripping from my hair after I’d tried to mop up the moisture. Cotton works fine for me!
I got one of these as a stocking stuffer for chrsitmas last year and love it! i dont actually use it for exfoliation or whatever the box says, but if you use it with your normal cleanser at night it does a fanastic job of getting all your make up off first time! way better than a standard facecloth in that regard.
