I use it every couple of weeks to counteract the damage straightening does to my hair - I definitely notice a difference, and people have commented also. Apparently they have it in black too - if I had known that when I ordered mine (through Life Pharmacy online) I would have asked - I imagine you'd look a little less mushroom-like in black! I need a replacement conditioning mask, but Life Pharmacy doesn't seem to offer this separately from the Wondercap.
