We’ve talked before about Roller Derby, and how fantastic the girls who do it are. We’ve told you to buy your tickets. Now we’d like to offer some suggestions as to how you should dress for the event on September 19. Obviously, you want to be comfortable. It’s licensed, so you may be drinking beer, but then you will have to negotiate portaloos. You may be sitting on the ground or on bleachers, so you don’t want anything too tight. There are many many attractive people in attendance who you may wish to try and pick up, so you have to dress to impress as well – if you’re in to that sort of thing. And then there’s the really important issue – do you support Smash Malice or Brutal Pagaent???
I’ve had a play around on Polyvore today, so let me offer up some suggestions for each team supporter:

So you’re wearing pink aren’t you? AREN’T YOU? Brutal Pageant is going to kick some Malice assssssssss.
Okay so I know that the Brutal set I designed is probably cooler than the Smash one, but have you SEEN those wedges in the Smash Malice set? Dude!
I cheered for Smash Malice the first time based on the name ‘Rocket Queen’ and I don’t feel like I can change loyalties!

Oh noes! Now I am torn! I guess I’ll have to see how my leopard outfit comes together and if I dislike it, I might just have to switch to supporting the other side…
As an official, I am supporting neither side. What the hell am I going to wear. Jo, do we need to make you a tutu to wear with your Brutal Pageant outfit?
Oh my god Megan, I want a tutu so bad! Perhaps I could wear a red & pink tutu AND my leopard bustier? And show that I appreciate the beautiful game?
Also Megan, you should wear green, and it should be Fierce.
