I have been using Simple for years and I didn't know how good it was until I bought a different brand (can't recall which) and it didn't remove all my eye make-up, plus it made my eyes all hazy for the next 20 minutes after using it. It's true what they say, you don't know what you've got 'til it's gone - I'm back with Simple and I'm not looking for anything else... I second that. In fact I third and fourth that. But I only ever use it at night to take my makeup off, and put mousturiser on straight away, so maybe that's why I don't notice.
