After I took all the awful drugs and rubbed steroid creams into my face, I was super-glad to get adult onset acne (luckily not too badly). My dermatologist suggested I use Bio Oil to treat my wee bit of scarring and it was pretty good. It is really rich though and I can definitely imagine that it would cause break outs on certain skin types... I had terrible eczema (on my face, yay) about five years ago.
