The lead up to xmas is such a nice time of year: the weather in NZ is getting nicer; strangers wish each other ‘merry xmas’ and hold the lift button for each other;everyone’s planning their escape from the office/shop/lab. But at a time of year to savor, we’re also more likely to be hungover and tired from too many xmas spirits.
My personal tips: take anti-hangover pills during your big nights; have chewable aspirin and peppermint tea; and a bit of under-eye concealer doesn’t hurt either.

I would add to this: leave peppermint foot lotion (or cheap moisturiser) and clean white cotton socks by your bed if you’re going out dancing so you can give yourself a good foot massage when you get home so you’ll be slightly better equipt to walk the next day!
