Mecca’s product lines are on the pricey side but there are some real gems among them. I can recommend the Kevyn Aucoin Brow Pencil, winner of the ‘Best for Brow’ award; and the Stila Smudge  Pots (though in winter they tend to harden up too much), winner of the ‘Ultimate Eyeliner’ award.

From the sheer number of award categories (I estimate around 100 beauty product categories were in the beauty election), it’s hard to discern which products are actually worth a second look. But the good thing about Mecca is being able to bowl up to the counters and have a play around and see for yourself.
